This policy covers hiring.socialbuzagency.com, the application page for contractor task work with MSS Ventures LLC, doing business as Socialbuz Agency (“Socialbuz”, “we”, “us”). It explains what we collect when you apply, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you submit the application form:
Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which include your IP address, your browser's user agent and the time of the request.
If your application is approved and you continue to the setup page, we additionally record the date and time you accept the contractor agreement, the IP address and browser you accepted it from, the payment handle you give us for Zelle, and the usernames of the accounts you create for the work.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank login, government ID, or the password to any account. Nobody from Socialbuz will ever ask you to pay us anything.
By ticking the SMS box you agree to receive text messages from Socialbuz about this work. Message frequency varies; if you are engaged as a contractor, expect several messages a day during task windows. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out ends the task messages, which ends the work, but does not otherwise affect you. We do not send marketing texts and we do not sell or share your number for anyone else's marketing.

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and this page uses the Meta pixel. The pixel tells Meta that this page was opened and that an application was submitted, along with the technical information your browser sends — such as your IP address, browser type, and any Meta cookies already on your device.
Meta does not receive your name, your phone number, or your answers from us. We use the pixel only to measure which ads bring people who actually apply, and this counts as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. You can limit it in your Meta account under Ad Preferences, through your browser's cookie settings, or with a tracker-blocking extension — and blocking it does not affect your application in any way.
Applications that are not approved are kept for up to 12 months so we can recognise repeat applicants and answer questions about a decision, then deleted. If you work with us, records relating to your engagement and payment are kept for as long as tax and business record-keeping rules require.
California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email us at the address below from the address or with the phone number you applied with, so we can tell it is you.
This work is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has applied, tell us and we will delete their information.
This site is served over HTTPS and the information you submit is stored on access-controlled servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise that it is — we only collect what we actually need, which is the best protection we can offer you.
